Philip David Charles "Phil" Collins LVO (born 30 January 1951) is an English drummer, singer-songwriter, record producer and actor. He was the drummer and lead singer of the rock band Genesis and is also a solo artist. Between 1982 and 1989, Collins scored three UK and seven US number-one singles in his solo career. When his work with Genesis, his work with other artists, as well as his solo career is totalled, Collins had more US Top 40 singles than any other artist during the 1980s.[9] His most successful singles from the period include "In the Air Tonight", "Against All Odds (Take a Look at Me Now)", "One More Night", "Sussudio", "Two Hearts" and "Another Day in Paradise".

Aston Grey Project has covered so much ground in a short time. On Sept 10, 2013 released Chill Lounge, the bands first CD ever! Right off the top the guys show you they are here for serious business. Released on the Platinum Vybe Recordings label. The CD gives you insight that all the players are very skilled and ready to show the world just what the Aston Grey Project has to offer.  In 2014 The bands came with its Second release which took Smooth jazz lovers by storm.  Changing the Game stayed on Billboard for 52 weeks and still remains the best selling CD for the band to date!


The band was founded by Platinum Vybe Recordings president Chris Clay, who ‘s also an active member of the band. Each member of the Aston Grey Project has been apart of the music business for a minimum of 15 years as studio musicians, writers or vocalist.

The Nucleus of the band is Chris Clay (Piano, Strings, Programming, Percussions), Dowell Jones (Drums), Lionel Samuel (guitars), Brandon Green (electric/acoustic bass/upright). All who have been apart of the music industry for many years.

Earth, Wind & Fire (EWF) 40 Years Of Music

is an American band that has spanned the musical genres of R&B, soul, funk, jazz, disco, pop, rock, Latin and African. They are one of the most successful bands of all time.[1][2]Rolling Stone Magazine described them as "innovative, precise yet sensual, calculated yet galvanizing" and declared that the band "changed the sound of black pop".[3]

The band was founded in Chicago by Maurice White in 1970, having grown out of a previous band known as the Salty Peppers.[4][5] Other members have included Philip Bailey, Verdine White, Fred White, Ralph Johnson, Larry Dunn, Al McKay and Andrew Woolfolk. The band has received 20 Grammy nominations; they won six as a group and two of its members, Maurice White and Bailey, won separate individual awards.  Earth, Wind & Fire have 12 American Music Awards nominations and four awards.[2] They have been inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and the Vocal Group Hall of Fame received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, and have sold over 100 million records, making them one of the world's best-selling bands of all time.

Hyman also performed on Broadway in the 1981 musical based on the music of Duke Ellington, Sophisticated Ladies, which ran from 1981 to 1983. The musical earned her a Theatre World Award and a Tony Awardnomination for Best Performance by a Featured Actress in a Musical.

Luther Ronzoni Vandross Jr. (April 20, 1951 – July 1, 2005) was an American singer, songwriter and record producer. Throughout his career, Vandross was an in-demand background vocalist for several different artists including Judy Collins, Chaka Khan, Bette Midler, Diana Ross, David Bowie, Barbra Streisand, Ben E. King, and Donna Summer. He later became a lead singer of the group Change, which released its gold-certified debut album, The Glow of Love, in 1980 on Warner Bros. Records. After Vandross left the group, he was signed to Epic Records as a solo artist and released his debut solo album, Never Too Much, in 1981.
